About Us
In 2002, while looking at the online fundraising software for nonprofit organizations, we felt that the industry “big boys” offered a lot of services, but at very high costs and complexity, and often with long-term contracts, proprietary software systems, and more. The less expensive options didn’t lock you into anything, but they didn’t offer nearly enough security, services, or flexibility either.
Around the same time, a few innovative people began exploring the idea of on-demand (now called Software as a Service, or SaaS) systems. These hosted systems promised greatly reduced software costs, while simultaneously eliminating or reducing the IT burden for the end user.
We founded Click&Pledge to bring the benefits of SaaS to the nonprofit world. Our guidelines were simple:
- Develop software tools that are powerful yet affordable
- Make them easy to use
- Deliver vanguard security
- Provide great customer support
As pioneers in the delivery of SaaS solutions, Click&Pledge enables any size organization to access sophisticated software tools for more efficient and effective online fundraising.
Today, that initial idea has grown into a company serving more than 7,000 customers in 45 countries.
Trio is the evolution of our experience, and our best product to date. But we won’t stop here. We’re developing new extensions for Trio all the time. And as our customers’ needs grow, so will our services. We’ve changed forever what our customers expect from a software company.
