Salesforce Integration

Through Salesforce integration, a patron's information will automatically post to the Salesforce account in real-time upon completion of a payment. Connecting Salesforce to the the Trio payment system is easy ... 3 easy steps will integrate Salesforce with all checkout pages.

The Payment-as-a-service API is also Salesforce enabled. Programmers, without any additional integration, can post patron's information to Salesforce through their applications. Check the API manual for details:

Salesforce Integration
1: Login to Salesforce

A Salesforce API token is needed for connecting the Trio payment system to a Salesforce account. To set up a token login to the Salesforce account, click on Setup, and Reset the Security Token. Read more in online manual.

Activate Salesforce
2. Login to the Admin System

The Third Party tab in the administrative system provides a listing for Salesforce Login to the administrative system. Click on Account Info. Click on Third Party tab and Salesforce sub-tab. Read more in online manual

Enable Salesforce
3. Enable Checkout Pages

Checkout pages may be enabled to post the patron's information to Salesforce. The activation is per checkout page therefore allowing for specific checkout pages to post to Salesforce and others not to post. For example an organization may post membership fee information but not post those attending a conference or meeting.
