1. Download a quick applet: Download Quick Support
2. Provide the support engineer the ID/Password shown on your screen.
3. Accept the sharing pop-up as instructed by the application.
4. The program will NOT install any applications on your computer, nor make any changes to your system. It is simply an applet that loads and unloads when finished. There is no need to un-install or remove the program.
5. Once finished you may delete the program or keep it for next time.
   

Step 1:

Download the Quick Support application.

• Windows: ClickandPledge_QuickSupport.exe
• Macintosh: QuickSupport.dmg

Step 2:

When prompted, click on "Save File" which saves the application to your local hard drive.

Step 3:

Double click on the icon for the downloaded program.

Step 4:

Provide the ID and Password to the support engineer.

Step 5:

Quick Support allows the support engineer to share your monitor in order to help with problem resolution. This connection is completely secure.
