Step 1:
Download the Quick Support application.
Step 2:
When prompted, click on "Save File" which saves the
application to your local hard drive.

Step 3:
Double click on the icon for the downloaded program.

Step 4:
Provide the ID and Password to the support engineer.

Step 5:
Quick Support allows the support engineer
to share your monitor in order to help with problem
resolution. This connection is completely secure. |
