Our new Easy Forms give you a simple way to add your own customized
donation forms to any web site. There are currently four versions
of the form (shown below). All you have to do is choose the one that's
right for you, customize it, and paste it on your page. You can even
give versions to your friends for blogs and web sites.
Click on "Build Your Own" to get started. Enter your information,
choose your colors and you're done. Then get the code to add your
new form to your web site. Just cut and paste. It's that easy.
How it Works
Select the easyForm that best suits your application.
Login to the administrative system and create a checkout page.
Click on Build Your Own and follow the wizard.
Use the WID (WindowID) for the checkout page you created in Step
2.
Complete the Wizard
Copy & Paste the code provided to add the easyForm to your website.
Choose from a list of
radio buttons or enter a different amount (optional).

Checkbox Product Options
Choose from a list of checkboxes and extra
contribution field (optional).
Designed for listing of various donation / selection options in a checkbox
format. Number of levels, text description, tax deductible portion, and
amounts are all customizable. User can choose as many options as listed.
A separator can be placed between each listing.
Example: Reunion ticket - $30, enter number
of tickets.
Optional: Donation field & Powered by Click & Pledge at the bottom
are optional and can be taken away during customization.
6:
Multi-Quantity Box Office
Enter only the quantity of tickets to be
purchased. Price is fixed and only the quantity is entered.
Designed for fixed priced items where the quantity is the only variable entered
by the donor/patron. Each item can have a different unit price and tax deductible
portion.

7:
Multi-level Box Office
Choose from a list of options
in a menu list, then choose from a list of options in a radio button list
and finally enter the quantity.
Designed for short courses and events where a set of options is available
for a number of days or occasions. Prices are determined from the radio
option fields and quantity is entered by the donor/patron.
Example: Classes are offered in January, February, and March for beginners
($40), Intermediate ($50), and Advanced ($100). Enter the number of participants
registering.
Optional: Powered by Click & Pledge at the bottom is optional and
can be taken away during customization.
