New “Community Builder” Platform Delivers Popular Social Networking

Blacksburg, VA. (May 18, 2009) – Click & Pledge today announced “Community Builder”, a package of social networking, website design and e-communication tools designed for nonprofit and similar organizations to be more effective and efficient in online fundraising.

Community Builder has packaged the most popular and easy-to-use social networking and communication tools available to enable these like-minded folks to talk to each other and organize via the net,” he said. “We have also included a very competitive website design and hosting product. Click & Pledge has developed inexpensive packages of services to deliver consultative assistance, service, set-up and monthly management of content.
Community Builder offers three components:
- Community Manager – Choose from Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Flickr and Café Press. The service includes initial consultation, selection of system, and setup. Optional content management services are available per month or through an annual contract. The Company consults in all of the major social networking systems and will set up and manage Facebook event invitations, Twitter feeds, product catalogs on Café Press and more.
- Website Design/Manager – Website design, programming, hosting and content management. The website design includes up to ten pages of content and is loaded with the Click & Pledge Payment System for online fundraising, online memberships, online donations, a donor database and more.
- News Manager – News is distributed easily and inexpensively via electronic newsletters or printed newspapers. The service includes creation of the electronic or eco-friendly traditional newspaper (printed on post-consumer recycled newsprint), publishing and distribution.
