Not at all. The price you pay is what’s listed on our website.

Fees may vary, however. This largely depends on two factors:

  • Whether you sign up for a Click & Pledge account through a GiveBig giving day program.
  • From which country your nonprofit or organization is located.

There’s no contract to start using Click & Pledge. We help you create a merchant account with TSYS, our merchant banking partner. We then use your merchant account to deposit your donations.

You’re not locked into any contract, so all you need to do to cancel your account is notify our Support team. We won’t penalize your organization for canceling its account, either.

We offer two levels of technical support to Click & Pledge customers: Standard, and Premier Support.

Standard Support

Standard Support is free to all customers, and includes the following options:

  • Live support via Zoom conference call
  • Help articles categorized by topic
  • Online manual
  • User forums
  • Live webinar and demo recordings
  • Salesforce: Power of Us Hub

Premier Support

Premier Support is our prime option for real-time, hourly rated phone support.

Premier Support includes several different plan tiers, so you may select the level of service that’s right for your situation.

You might choose Premier support if you need a quick troubleshoot, or problem-solving session. You may also require an extended, long-term option that provides unlimited phone support.

We accept currencies from any country where Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are accepted. We work with TSYS, our merchant bank provider, to convert international currencies based on the current exchange rate.

Some currencies may take longer to deposit to your account than others, but we work diligently with TSYS to ensure you can accept donations from around the globe.
