The Click and Pledge Support Department has the ability to screen share with our customers to resolve any issues that may be occurring. Screen sharing allows the support engineer to to see exactly what the customer sees on their computer screen.

Steps

  • - Download the applet
    - Save it on your desktop
  • - Double click and open
  • - Tell the support engineer the ID
  • - Tell the support engineer the password
