Easily reach your entire donor base with our new Mass Email tool. Seamlessly integrated with SendGrid, this powerful feature lets you send bulk emails in just a few clicks, saving you time while keeping your supporters informed and engaged.

Take the guesswork out of donor communication. With email automation, you can trigger follow-up messages based on donor behavior—like opening, clicking, donating, or not engaging at all. Set custom timelines for each response, and automatically move donors into the next best-fit campaign to keep your outreach relevant and effective.

In Salesforce® you can now enable your full contact list to log in and update their donor information. This will save your team time and give your supporters control over their personal information (credit card info, address, email, phone, etc.).

We’ve made the Click & Pledge Store in Salesforce® even more customizable—giving you more control over the donor experience. Add a banner description to the top of your storefront, customize post-purchase messaging on receipts, enable guest checkout for a faster giving experience, and give donors the option to cover processing fees with just a click.

In Salesforce®, you can now enable GAU (General Accounting Unit) on Donation Forms to assign donations to specific purposes, programs, or accounts. Ideal for nonprofits with multiple designations.

With Tracker in Salesforce®, you can add custom tags to any URL to track traffic, measure campaign performance, and understand donor behavior across all your outreach efforts. This is now available with Clickits.


With SmartLink, you can change the destination of a link at any time—without changing the original URL you’ve already shared.
Perfect for evolving campaigns, events, or seasonal content, SmartLink ensures your audience always lands exactly where you want them, even after a link has been shared.
Have a donation form link you’ve promoted, but want to redirect it to a new campaign? With SmartLink, you can do it—no resending or re-posting required.
Example: Let’s say you’re running a spring fundraising campaign and you’ve shared the donation link across email, social media, and QR codes on printed flyers. When summer rolls around, instead of reprinting or resending a new link, you just update the destination behind your SmartLink.
The same URL now leads to your summer campaign—no confusion, no broken links, no missed donations.
