Picture this: You’re using our platform when, suddenly, you’re struck by a brilliant idea. You think, “Hey, wouldn’t it be awesome if CONNECT or Click & Pay (our Salesforce® app) could do XYZ?”
Well, guess what? Now you can let us know about that idea!
Curious about how to use this new feature? It’s easy! Just look for the little lightbulb icon at the top of your screen in CONNECT. Click on it, and voila! You’ll be taken to the “Got Ideas” page. No complicated forms or lengthy processes, just a straightforward way to share your ideas with us.
This isn’t just any old suggestion box where ideas go to collect dust. Oh no, my friend. Here at Click & Pledge, we believe in the power of community. That’s why every single idea you submit isn’t just thrown into the void—it’s reviewed by our dedicated team of developers and the Click & Pledge community. Your voice matters.
Additionally, you can upvote ideas that others submit, which allows us to prioritize the suggestions that matter most to our community.
