Team Ocean – It’s finally here, and we couldn’t be more excited to share!
The Click & Pledge Foundation is proud to announce Team Ocean, a feature film detailing the brave work of 10 nonprofits to protect our world’s ocean.
Team Ocean is a celebration of how each organization’s talents, expertise and passions weave together a beautiful tapestry of teamwork from every sector – fisheries, species protection, food security, arts, education, recreation and more.
The film spent most of 2024 on the film festival circuit, screening live to audiences on both coasts in the United States and Canada. Team Ocean took home the Best Short Film award at the WILDsound FEEDBACK Film and Screenplay Festival and the Outstanding Excellence award at the Nature Without Borders International Film Festival.
This is the Click & Pledge Foundation’s first feature length film since 2018, when it released Shifting Faces during Season 1 – Project Home.
Team Ocean caps off the Season 5 – Project Ocean initiative from our foundation, which has been a two-year initiative aimed at preserving our ocean through storytelling. The film’s production was granted status as an Ocean Decade Endorsed Activity under the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.
We couldn’t have successfully crafted Team Ocean from an idea over a campfire to an award-winning 40 minutes on screen without the hard work of our entire Click & Pledge team, as well as dozens of dedicated individuals from our 10 nonprofit partners.
