The Friend – Bay Aging

Jessica Schlosshan has had a soft spot for older folks ever since she can remember. As a volunteer for Bay Aging’s Meals on Wheels program in Mathews County, Virginia, she puts that love into action.

Jessica delivers hot, fresh meals to dozens of her “peeps” along her route each month, always taking time to chat and connect with each one. She goes the extra mile to even fund small house repairs or run an errand for the clients, as many do not have involved family members of their own.

The Bay Aging Meals on Wheels program runs in 10 counties, totalling more than 190,000 meals each year. The Click & Pledge Foundation is proud to honor Jessica and her selfless work!
