We introduced The Click & Pledge Foundation in May of 2017, with one goal in mind: to tell your untold stories. Our hope was to create a window into the amazing work that our Causes do, and to share your missions with the world.
We are thrilled to come to you today as we finish our first project, “Home,” and eagerly begin work on our next one: “The Next Generation.”
Project “Home” introduced us to many wonderful people and the amazing organizations, such as Homeless Resource Network, Genesis Joy House, Meals On Wheels, Habitat For Humanity, and Canines for Service; organizations working to redefine the meanings of “home.”
“The Next Generation” can mean different things for different Causes. It can be anything from education, to healthcare, addiction recovery, the environment… the list goes on and on. You may be helping young people directly, or working with their parents to secure a better future for them. You could be working toward creating a better world for a generation that has yet to be born, or educating today’s youth on how they can reach their goals.
Our team of award-winning storytellers will select a handful of grant winners to work with during the upcoming year. These will be the Causes we feel most powerfully reflect our theme, and that are year-around Click & Pledge customers.
As we continue our quest to make your voices heard, I would like to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has played a part in making this year such an amazing success. From our incredible Causes and participants who have allowed us to follow them around and share their stories, to the countless viewers and donors who have opened their hearts; we are truly grateful.
I would also like to thank our wonderful team and the crew here at the Click & Pledge Foundation, whose dedication and tireless efforts have made it possible for us to bring you these remarkable stories. I would also like to give a very special thanks to our Storyteller, Bethany Teague, and our director of photography, Rod Razvan. Their collaboration has already resulted in numerous awards in both national and international film festivals. If you haven’t seen their work yet, you should check it out!
The 2019 Grant application is open now. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, and look forward to another successful year of sharing your powerful stories with the world.
