The money you raise is deposited to your bank account 48 business hours after a transaction.

In addition to credit cards, you can accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Stripe’s Link, and direct bank transfers. To read how to set that up, go [HERE]

The custom domain feature maps your Peer-to-peer pages with purchased domain names or sub-domains. Custom domains allow you to capitalize on your organization’s branding fully.

You can purchase a domain name or use a domain you already own to use this feature. Once you have added a CNAME to your DNS management console, we will verify your domain name.

Click & Pledge will manage the SSL keys, renewals and always make sure your site is secured.

There’s no contract to start using Click & Pledge.

Yes. The fee is $35. This fee occurs when an ACH transaction is returned or when a patron disputes a charge.

We accept currencies from any country where Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are accepted. We work with a merchant bank provider, to convert international currencies based on the current exchange rate.

Some currencies may take longer to deposit to your account than others, but we work diligently with our merchant bank provider to ensure you can accept donations from around the globe.

If you are organizing a giving day event using our GiveBig® platform, there is an additional set-up fee to create a new website for your GiveBig®. Please contact us for details.
