The custom domain feature maps your Peer-to-peer pages with purchased domain names or sub-domains. Custom domains allow you to capitalize on your organization’s branding fully.

You can purchase a domain name or use a domain you already own to use this feature. Once you have added a CNAME to your DNS management console, we will verify your domain name.

Click & Pledge will manage the SSL keys, renewals and always make sure your site is secured.

This feature is only available on the PLUS plan.

There’s no contract to start using Click & Pledge.

We accept currencies from any country where Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are accepted. We work with ProPay, our merchant bank provider, to convert international currencies based on the current exchange rate.

Some currencies may take longer to deposit to your account than others, but we work diligently with ProPay to ensure you can accept donations from around the globe.

You might choose Premier support if you need a quick troubleshoot, or problem-solving session. You may also require an extended, long-term option that provides unlimited phone support.

Yes! Our Foundation team creates documentary style films of Nonprofits using C&P to achieve their mission. We create these films for Nonprofit customers in the form of a grant. Typically a topic for a season is selected and all C&P customers are given the opportunity to apply.

If you are organizing a giving day event using our GiveBig® platform, there is an additional set-up fee to create a new website for your GiveBig®. Please contact us for details.
