Case Study: The Environmental Center of San Diego – Fundraising as a Small Nonprofit

We chatted with the folks at ECO San Diego about their experience with Click & Pledge as faithful customers since their launch in 2015. Here’s what they had to say:
1. What are your favorite aspects of Click & Pledge donation forms?
They’re seamless. A donation is made at the portal, the money is deposited, we’re notified and the information is fed into our Salesforce account. We have never encountered a problem with the process.
2. Why does the simplicity/effectiveness balance of the forms matter so much, especially for a smaller nonprofit like yours?
It matters greatly! Our small nonprofit is run totally by volunteers. Efficiency is key to achieving our goals. Not having to worry about how our donations are processed helps us maintain a smooth operation.
3. How have these tools helped ECO San Diego achieve fundraising goals?
The tools are easy to understand and use. Tracking donations is simple. The data entry is kept at a minimum, freeing up precious time to do actual fundraising.
4. What is one of your most exciting fundraising or output goals?
We are working towards a fundraising campaign to construct a coastal access trail that has been closed to the public for decades. With our Click & Pledge account up and running smoothly, over time, we have no doubt it will add to the success of our campaign.
